Use of facilities for a reception following the ceremony or memorial service, includes the set up of the facilities, the use of the facilities and amenities. The charge is based on a per reception basis, up to a maximum of 3 hours. Host(s) or hostess(es) will be provided for a period of 3 hours to oversee the setup, serving and cleanup of the reception. Additional facility and staff services for reception will apply after the initial 3 hour period.
